Absolutely! Bon Bon Bontique is an officially registered entity with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia) which means our business conduct is governed by Law of Malaysia. The payment gateway we use is ipay88, the leading regional Payment Gateway Provider in South East Asia. Ipay88 is also awarded MSC status by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDEC) in June, 2007. Whilst for the courier service, we use POS Malaysia to ship your order (It varies for International order). POS Malaysia is the exclusive provider of mail services in Malaysia which we find it the best alternative to deliver your order to your doorstep.

We use ipay88 and PayPal as our payment gateway. Up to date we only accept these payment methods:-

For Pre-Order item, it takes approximately 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reach you; while for Ready Stock item, your order will reach within 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Both the time frame are subjected to payment confirmation.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your item(s) is shipped. Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am to 6pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
Usually confirmed order is not changeable/ cancelable. However we understand that you may change your mind sometimes. Therefore you are allowed to cancel your order ONLY if the order is still in "Pending" status (which you can check here using your order ID and email).
We will refund you in store credit and you may purchase your next item. Please contact us as soon as possible by filling up this contact form.
These are items that are currently out of stock but we will be bringing in again due to demand. These items are not ready stock but are confirmed orders that will be processed, and will be delivered to you once the new stocks arrive at our premises. Most Backorders do not take more than 3 weeks to reach but this varies based on several external factors.
If for some reason the backorders fail to reach us, we will offer you an option of a full refund or a refund in the form of store credit. However, such occurrences are very rare as we will do whatever we can to make sure the items arrive at our premises on time.
We advise you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure your mailing address is correct and you can track back your purchase and even view your order history directly from your account. It only takes a few minutes of your time and once you've registered for your account, you need not refill your personal details again every time you purchase an item.

When placing your order, just fill up your details instead of logging in or registering. However, we would definitely recommend that you register with us, it'll only take a few minutes of your time. If you register with us, you don't need to fill in your details again in your next purchase. Also, we do have special surprises in store for our members.
We make sure our item(s) is in good condition before packaging and shipping them out. However, mistakes are occasionally inevitable and we are sorry for that. If you find your item(s) defective, please kindly contact us with a snapshot of the defective area. You may also want to read the Return & Refund Policy for defective/ wrong item as well.
