RETURN

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we allow an one-time-exchange. Items can only be exchanged for another item or store credit. To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise, in the same condition you received it, with the original tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied.

You must send us an email prior to sending the item(s) back to us as we reserve the right to reject any uninformed returns. Items must reach us within 7 working days for Malaysia orders, and 40 working days for International orders started from the day we ship, in order to be eligible for return. Please take note that exchange can only be performed once.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Also, please note that these items are not eligible for exchange/ return.

  • Items on Sale
  • Pierced Jewelry
  • Underwear, Swimwear, Socks and Tights.
  • Made-to-order item

 

DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEMS RETURN

If it is the case of incorrect/ defective item sent, we apologise for it. Please inform us with a snapshot of the defective area/ item. Please include your order ID as well. We will then provide you a mailing address to send your parcel. As soon as we get the returned parcel, we will process and email you again after the necessary action has been taken. We will also refund the additional postage cost incurred.

We cannot offer return/ refund for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer return/ refund relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing.

 

* Please remember to ask your courier service for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. We will not be able to perform refund/ exchange if the parcel went missing without the said posting-cert.

 

REFUND

Cash refund can only be done with the 2 scenario below:-

  1. The item(s) ordered is out of stock and payment has been made.
  2. The item(s) is having defect and that particular item(s) is out of stock.

Otherwise, all other approved refunds will be made in a form of store credit. With the store credit you can purchase another items across our store.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of incorrect/ defective items. Depending on where’d you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.
