BON BON BOUTIQUE offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subjected to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/ or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.



Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the site are shown in Ringgit Malaysia. The prices displayed on the site may change at any time. Items promoted on the site are subjected to availability and may change from time to time.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurate as possible in this website. However, the actual colours may differ due to colour calibration of individual’s computer.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Measurements may vary between 3-5cm. Unless otherwise stated, measurements indicated are centimeters (cm).

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All purchases of items are subjected to availability. As there is a delay between the time when an order is placed and the time when an order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. Please note that 90% of our items are Pre-Ordered which the delivery time frame is around 14 working days and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.



By placing an order, you are subjected to an agreement with our terms and conditions as published on our site, hence it is advisable that you’re absolutely certain about your purchase before committing to placing an order. Once you’ve placed an order, it is considered a confirmed order and any changes/ cancellations should be directed to us.



While we try to keep our system as accurate as possible, sometimes errors do occur and if there are any discrepancies with the stocks or prices, we will email you as soon as possible to notify you about the error. If an item you have ordered is not available/ out of stock, we shall notify you as soon as possible and be rest assured that we will perform a full refund, or you can opt for an exchange or to keep it as store credit.



You can cancel your order anytime before you make any payment. However, cancellation & changes for pre-order item is not allowed once the payment has been made. This is because the order will be submitted to the supplier immediately after your payment. With that said, the order has been executed exclusively for you and therefore cancellation is not possible.



Once you’ve made payment, please proceed with notifying us, and precise steps will be taken to verify that your transaction has been made. Order will only be processed once full payment is made and we reserve the rights to reject insufficient payments. If you’re making a cash deposit payment and have to bank-in a round figure, we will return your change via an online transfer or if requested, via cash. Please remember to keep your receipt/ slip/ proof of transaction and insert a soft copy file when you’re informing us of your payment.



We are using POS Malaysia to ship your order, if not otherwise stated. A tracking number will be provided once we’ve shipped your order. Using the tracking number you can track your items at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju.asp.

For Pre-Order items, your order will reach you in approximately 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon confirmation of payment. For Ready Stock items, you will get your items in 4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon confirmation of payment.



We make all effort to check and ensure that your item(s) is in good condition before shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) you can choose to return them. Please read our Returns and Refund page for more information. For returns and exchanges made in the case of non-defective item(s) or free-shipping-purchase(s), the total returned store credit will be the initial bill amount minus the shipping cost.



Only one promotion is applicable for every individual purchase. Sale items are final and are not eligible for exchange / returns. For purchase(s) made with free shipping (be it an ongoing promotion or a voucher), the value of the product minus its chosen shipping costs will be taken into account in the case of any exchanges or returns.



To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. iPay88, our payment gateway system protects your personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. All internet communication is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.



We take spam seriously. Having that said we will not disclosure/ share your particulars with third party, unless it is required by law or should you violate our Terms of Service.



If you have chosen to subscribe to our store’s news and updates, we occasionally send emails to communicate on our latest products and special offers. All Bon Bon Boutique members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive emails from us you should opt-out by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter.
